Mechanical parts

Disconnect all power supplies after water is poured into the device to ensure that the device is disconnected from the power grid.

Electrical control section

Remove the electrical components in the entire electrical box, clean them with alcohol, and fully dry them.

Related technicians should conduct insulation test on the cable, carefully check the circuit, system interface and other parts (reconnect as far as possible) to avoid short circuit fault.

The completely dry electrical components are checked separately and can only be installed for use after being checked intact.

Hydraulic parts

Do not open the motor oil pump, because the water in the hydraulic oil may enter the hydraulic pipeline system of the machine after opening the motor, resulting in corrosion of the metal hydraulic components.

Replace all hydraulic oil. Wipe the oil tank clean with washing oil and clean cotton cloth before changing oil.

Servo motor and control system

Remove the system battery as soon as possible, clean the electrical components and circuit boards with alcohol, dry them with air and then dry them for more than 24 hours.

Separate the stator and rotor of the motor, and dry the stator winding. The insulation resistance must be greater than or equal to 0.4m ω. The motor bearing shall be removed and cleaned with gasoline to check whether it can be used, otherwise the bearing of the same specification shall be replaced.
